Kids Day at Boot-Camp!!

On the last day of my Ladies Boot-Camp we had "Kids Day"!
Here they are getting ready to do speed and agility drills ( run fast back and forth across the lines sideways :)
Relay races, kids vs. Moms. It was close but the kids ran it in and won!
10 and 1's! Weights and push-ups. Everyone did them all! Cans of soup work great for their hand weights.Ab Work with partners!Lots of water breaks, it was really hot!Warming up with jump- ropes and jumping jacks It was a really fun morning, the kids were all awsome and as always the ladies were the best!!

"LET THEM SEE THE CRACKS IN YOUR ARMOUR, THAT IS HOW THE LIGHT SHINES THROUGH"
"Like all humans, you carry within you awesome survival mechanisms. All you need is the knowledge to trigger them. Once triggered, they will provide you with all the energy and health that you need to better survive. Take advantage of your innate power. Nourish yourself properly, live better, and live longer". - Ori Hofmekler

According to Eric Winer, MD, chief scientific advisor to Susan G Komen for the Cure®, the treatment of metastatic breast cancer has evolved dramatically over the past 10 years, and will evolve even more in the next decade. "I look forward to a time when metastatic breast cancer will be entirely manageable with well tolerated therapy. It may be quite some time before we can cure metastatic disease, but women with metastatic breast cancer can expect to live far longer and far better in the years ahead than in the past. "
