Will you wear Yellow on Saturday, Oct.2nd?

Who's In?? I am looking for those of you that would like to join me this Saturday, Oct. 2nd for LIVESTRONG day 2010.
WHAT IS LIVESTRONG DAY? The anniversary of Lance Armstrong's cancer diagnosis is a global day of action. On October 2, we gather to celebrate survivorship and commit to working towards a world without cancer.
What do you do? Simply wear yellow this Saturday...anything yellow, wrist band, shirt, hat, anything. Then let me know you are participating and who you will be remembering or honoring that has faced or is living with cancer.
If you are able, please post pics showing your support in Yellow!! OK..lets see how many people will join in and from how many places around the country and world! You can get the yellow wrist bands from most sporting goods stores.

I will wear yellow In memory of;

Thanks for wearing yellow in my honor (among others). I was going to wear a purple TNT shirt in my Livestrong race Saturday but will wear yellow instead. Gosh so many to honor: my sister Ann Ritter, my brother Chris, you, my sister-in-law Christine, Robin Yoder a triathlete friend who just had her leg amputated from cancer (30 years after surviving cancer), Ed Stone, Emma McFeeley, Nicki Patton, Bev Kuhlman, Kristi Garstang, Mary Beth Gibson. And a little girl in Nashville that I glimpsed on the street who's name I don't know, but who touched my heart that day. I could go on and on. Then in memory of Steve Hauck, Scott Bivans, Joe Boisvert, and many more.

Shahidah,
Your Aunt Dalilah was a very special person. Although I never met her other than on-line she touched my heart very much. Prayers for your family continue.
