D~ Determination

There were many "D" words I wanted to use today, but I am going to go with DETERMINATION!
I chose this word on my way home this morning from teaching my Outdoor Fitness Group, basically a boot-camp. I could not help but think of how hard all my clients work. They do or try anything I ask of them. Including  army- crawling through sand. Not their favorite :) Tonight I will be introducing a longer run with more hills to my 5k class. I am sure they will attack it with the same determination.

It is the essence of living a strong and healthy life as a survivor....yup, DETERMINATION!

  3. Oliver,
I think you are referring to the A-Z blogger challenge link. From what I can tell, I was the last person to sign up. They must have closed it yesterday, not sure why.
    Hope that answers your question.

  4. Determination is a great D word. When we're facing trials, we won't overcome with this quality.

I decided to start at the end of the linky list today. I'm glad I did. I'm very happy to meet you!

  5. Hi elayne

From anther Elaine spelled a little different.

So happy to have found your blog. We have one other thing in common. We began blogging to help cope with a tough life situation and it became more than that.

I am a caregiver for my elderly mother. She lives with me and it is hard. Not as hard as cancer but a major personal struggle just the same.

I am trying to get back into being more active along with other goals just so I don't become totally overshadowed by my caregiver duties. I look forward to you future posts.

I can be found at http://mynext20yearsofliving.blogspot.com. If you are courious about what another "Elaine" is up to. In fact my E posting is about my name.

    Happy blogging.
